Refund Policy

Students are granted a 30-day grace period from the time of registration to request a full refund. Refunds must be made no later than 7 days prior to the start of the requested workshop, course, or exam for students who register less than 30 days from the date of their enrollment. No refunds will be granted for any reason whatsoever 7 business days before the registered workshop, exam, or course. An alternate date for workshop, course, or exam attendance will instead be scheduled for the student.
Students must return all coursebooks and/or course materials in order to be eligible for a refund consistent with the Terms herein.
Students must inform us of an exam failure within fourteen (14) days in order to be eligible to a 50% tuition refund.
All refunds provided according to this Paragraph shall be either processed directly to the payment method used upon registration or mailed to the student’s address provided during the registration within two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date of cancellation.
In the event that a legal proceeding and/or debt collection action has been commenced to enforce any of the Terms contained in these Terms, Policies, and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be held strictly responsible for payment of all reasonable costs and fees, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees and court costs in accordance with the law.
